Hegemony, Institutional Complicity and Union Political Transference

This work is the product of the human effort of 2 years of work that begins with the end of a postgraduate course that has as a requirement to make an unpublished, original research that contributes to the study of a problem that affects or generates more social problems. For which, we started from the first informal sources of administrative workers who had had some union militancy to whom we are grateful for their enormous contribution to this work, at another time we consulted authors for the design of the scheme: Ruy Pérez Tamayo, Karel Kosik, Raúl Rojas Soriano, Hugo Zemelman and Marx that would serve for the methodological design, obtaining information on a hot topic such as the political field would be difficult, however doing so would be comforting, it caused a certain emotion to discover the dark, the hidden, It was a certain emotion to discover the obscure, the hidden, the unspoken and unwritten but which exists, to study the relationships and networks of one of the most emblematic unions of the State of Veracruz, a long-lived union of which few militants who have left it have been able to survive, this situation made us see that it was worthwhile to make public what happens in the educational field.
