Helping the Democratic Republic of Congo

Au secours de la République Démocratique du Congo presents the potentials and achievements of the Democratic Republic of Congo and proposes solutions to get out of the throes of war and underdevelopment.In a critical, historical approach tinged with empirical observation, the country's problems are identified within the ruling class (red carpet) as well as the people (black people). Solutions include investment in human capital with food self-sufficiency, improvement of the health sector, infrastructure and diversification of the economy as well as performance-based (sanctioned) management. Particular emphasis has been placed on promoting entrepreneurship for the emergence of a true middle class and wealth creation.
