Nowadays herbal medicines have attracted intense attention in the form of alternative medicines which are valuable for preventing or treating ailments that are related to the life style directly or indirectly. Prehistoric literature also reveals the significance of traditional drug therapy for the treatment in a variety of health-related ailments such as liver, heart disease, diabetic osteoporosis, immune and wound chaos's. For which there is no advanced medicaments or only soothing treatment is until now existing. The liver is the vital organ that carried the various important metabolic as well as secretary functions of the body. The rate of liver-damage is occurred due to the indiscriminate utilization of NSAID, anticancer, alcohol and anticonvulsant medicines. It consequences clinically in the form of cirrhosis, jaundice, steatosis, fibrosis, hepatitis, liver cancer and finally leads to hepatic failure. Currently, the consumption of product which are derived from herbs and plants, has gained more popularity among the entire world populace.
