Hidden Glimpses: The Conception of Law from Below

This is a short but profound effort to understand the relationships between the macro-cencepts that dominate our cultural meanings and the micro-worlds of the people who bring them to life. Specifically, how unprivileged people interact within the legal field, which is alien to them and in which they are markedly disadvantaged compared to other actors, inquiring into the ways in which they give meaning to legal macro-theories for their benefit.
