Herr N'zi Kacou Antoine wurde am 1. Januar 1963 in Ahounienfoutou S/P de Bongouanou in Cote d'Ivoire geboren. Er ist Oberstleutnant der Luftwaffe, Leiter der Kommunikationsabteilung und seit dem 31. Dezember 2019 im Ruhestand. Er hat mehrere Praktika in der Elfenbeinküste und im Ausland absolviert. Er ist seit April 2016 Ingenieur für Transport und Logistik.
