The wide coverage of the recent international meeting at Bonn on high energy spin physics is reflected in this proceedings volume. Not only are fundamental and theoretical spin phenomena included but also technical developments in polarized beams and targets, and, for the first time, intermediate energy spin physics with electron machines.
