Higher Education Management in Angola

This book explores the reasons for the stagnation of higher education in HEIs in the south of the Republic of Angola - when the country is a giant in sub-Saharan Africa, but is being overtaken even by universities in countries "with fewer natural resources". The research, which covers the historical period up to 2015, is based on the concern of the Angolan government and academics when it comes to improving HE, serving as a lever for the socio-economic development that is expected in the country. It is thought to be a valuable contribution that comes out of anonymity, that abandons academic hypocrisy and the nothingness of ideas, that overcomes fear, that challenges judgment, and perhaps worse, which is a valid justification for this research, in order to put university staff from the best universities in the world on the same level as Angolan academics. Angola lacks nothing: it has the premises for quality university education. Angola is not a poor country, it is very rich, there is no reason to beg for staff for Higher Education. clarify invisible but decisive indicators in the stagnation of HE, Contribute with subsidies for the 3rd mandate of the university.
