This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the International Workshops on Highlights in Practical Applications of Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, and Cognitive Mimetics. The PAAMS Collection, PAAMS 2023, held in Guimaraes, Portugal, during July 1214, 2023.
