Histopathological spectrum of psoriasiform dermatoses

Changes of Psoriasiform dermatoses are seen in wide spectrum of skin diseases from a relatively harmless disease like chronic dermatitis to a detrimental disease like mycosis fungoides. A good clinic-histopathological correlation filled up the lacunae of both, the clinical approach as well as the histopathology, and helped in pinpointing the diagnosis. A correct diagnostic approach towards Psoriasiform dermatoses will change the treatment strategy.
