Homosexuality in the 1980s and 1990s

Historically and socially speaking, homosexuals have been discriminated against, killed, tortured just for being different, for not following 'norms', but they have also been able to demonstrate strength, struggle, the will to change themselves and the world around them, and they have succeeded. Before all that, they were able to accept their own condition, to fight for acceptance of their differences - after all, we are all different and yet we are equal. Thank you to all the 'faggots, bixas, boiolas, gays, afeminados' for making us strong today so that we can continue their struggles.
