Chinwe Ugbaja ist Dozentin in der Abteilung für Hotel- und Tourismusmanagement am Federal Polytechnic, Oko, und Teilzeit-Geschäftsführerin im Royal City Dubai Hotel Onitsha. Sie hat einen M.sc. in Gastgewerbe und Tourismus von der Imo State University, einen PGD Education von der Open University und einen BA in Archäologie und Tourismus von der University of Nigeria.
