How indonesian online news paper Reporting the Conflict btween Israel

Purposes This research are: 1) To know the report difference between media online of Indonesia in response to the conflict between Israel and Palestine; 2) To know the report conflict in the world in social of two online news media; 3) To find message from reporting information Israel-Palestine conflict as reported online news media in Indonesia; and 4) To avoid the reports that often offside from one to each other. Analysis used in this study using the methods of discourse analysis and content analysis to get the answers to the formulation of the problem.

Content analysis was conducted to answer the formulation of the problem (quantitative method) using the chi-square. This study examined the entire contents of the news of the two online news media republika.co.id and of kompas.com on about the conflict between Israel and Palestine reported during 2009-2010.
