Details

When we doubt ourselves or even reject ourselves, we cause emotional damage to ourselves on the one hand, and on the other hand, our entire life suffers - our relationships with other people, our work, our free time, and much more... How much we believe in our abilities or not depends, of course, on the development of each individual (education, upbringing, etc.), but we must not forget the influence of external factors such as advertising. Media coverage plays a major role, as do constant comparisons with other people. This paper aims to examine the two constructs of self-esteem and scepticism and also asks to what extent these constructs are related and influence each other.
