How to develop Africa?

This book, which is a collection of different problems that plague Africa, deals with three areas: Economic, Political and Sociocultural. It is part of a logic of resolution of the problems of the continent which are among others: the insufficiency of internal financial resources and the dependence that it generates, the lack of favorable conditions for the creation of enterprises, the absence of economic policies adapted to the situations of the continent, corruption, illiteracy, bad governance, problems related to African mentalities... In addition, it gives new directions both economically, politically, and socioculturally, so that Africa can finally get out of this nightmare situation that has lasted too long and thus be in the ranks of great powers by 2030.

Nacido el 15 de octubre de 1993 en Gadiaba Kadiel/Mali, Golfa Oumar obtuvo su bachillerato en 2014 en ciencias económicas en Bamako con honores. Esto le valió una beca para estudiar en Argelia, en la Universidad Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi Ouzou, donde obtuvo su licenciatura en contabilidad y auditoría en 2017, seguida de su máster en auditoría y control de gestión en 2019.
