How to motivate the staff? Case of Geodis Projects Chad

Every human being has a particular reason to be motivated for an action, a job or for his life. From time immemorial, motivation has been at the heart of human behavior. As such, in the professional world too, we must motivate. Even more so, the company being a unit of wealth creation where its activity is centered on the human work, i.e. the men and women who compose it. Motivating a company's personnel is a major challenge for managers. At times when everyone has a particular reason to be motivated in the company, the manager finds the instruments to lead the staff to motivation. With the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in GP Chad's situation, there are many things that are already done and other avenues to explore in order to keep the flame of motivation always lit. Among the six proposed tracks, they still need to be studied in order to deepen the feasibility. But also this list of actions cannot be limited. Putting these actions in place will certainly boost motivation.
