HPLC Analysis of Antidepressant drug Aripiprazole

Aripirazole is a well known drug used for the treatment of Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder and Major depression. The analysis of aripirazole is highly required for the appropriate quality control of the drug for human use. Hence I develop a High Performance Liquid Chromatographic method for the analysis of the aripiprazole and its degradant products.the method is validated as per ICH guidline. The proposed method proves High reliability for its intended use. The book comprise of all method development and validation experiments and its results.
