HRD Climate and Culture

The employees of any organisation are precious wealth and backbone plays a stupendous role in its developmental and productive activities. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) employees significantly influence the prosperity of organizations, which are reality and not an exaggeration. This book highlights basic concept of General Climate, OCTAPAC and HRD Mechanism prevailing in selected Micro, Small and Medium Scale enterprises of Gujarat State. It will explore the research outcome based on Reliability Test, T-Test and ANOVA. It also covers the concept of MSME and impact of HRD Climate in MSMEs.
