HRM Systems and Knowledge Acquisition; The Mediating Role of Employees

This research will help to study HRM systems and also help to determine whether organizations are utilizing team knowledge to get better organizational outcomes or not. It will also help to find out how much employees are willing to work in team and ultimately acquire knowledge as a team. Managers often failed to identify problems and to rectify it. This research will help to find out what are the technical issues in HR practices that cause these types of problems.
