High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Hudson Place is a proposed plaza of skyscrapers that will be part of the Hudson Yards Redevelopment Project in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. The Plaza will consist of 16 skyscrapers. The main tower will be called Hudson Place Tower II and will be 1300 ft (400 m) tall. The complex will cover an area of 15.4 acres (62322 m2) on the western side of Manhattan Island next to the West Chelsea Promenade (Manhattan), which will allow stores and open markets in the plaza. The western side of the plaza will be on 33rd Street and Twelfth Avenue. Eight of the buildings are residential; the other eight are mixed- use. There are 3,300 housing units in the buildings all together. If built, it will surpass the height of the Empire State Building by 50 ft (15 m).
