Desempenhou várias funções, incluindo a de tutor no Tecnológico de Monterrey e na Universidad Pedagógica Nacional. Recebeu o prémio de excelência educativa em 2014 e é licenciado pela Universidade Autónoma de Madrid, Espanha.
