Dr.R.Indradevi is grooming Human Capital in the Business School of VIT University, Tamilnadu, India since 2003. She has done her research on Human Capital Development in selected Indian Software companies and shared her findings at ICONHCD-09, in Malaysia. She has published around 20 research papers in refereed National and International Journals
