Human capital. Russia

A comprehensive study of human capital is a fundamental scientific problem. This is due to the fact that the socio-economic development of the country largely depends on the quality of human capital, which is a strategic resource for the development of all spheres of society.In modern economic conditions human capital plays one of the key roles in achieving economic growth, representing the potential for the implementation of innovations, creation of high technologies, development of scientific and technological progress. An important aspect of human capital is the knowledge and skills accumulated through education, training, experience and social connections, which significantly increase the human capital of the region and the country as a whole.The publication is intended for students, postgraduates and specialists, for all those who are interested in the socio-economic development of modern Russia.The research was financially supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR) within the framework of the scientific project No. 19-29-07024.
