The book is about Human Capital Wastage in Developed and developing world. After college graduates do not get job due to the ever increasing candidates and uneven increase in the formal jobs. Majority of the graduates remain unemployed wasting their skills and time. And even when they get job most of them end up being employed in fields that they were never trained and hence their full potential is never realized.
