Human Development and Community Mediation

This research work analyzes the community mediation process of the Community Mediation Center of the Ombudsman of the Province of Cordoba and its relationship with the Human Development perspective. In this way, it aims to become a contribution to review community mediation and recognize its impact on those who participate in the Ombudsman's Mediation Center of the Province of Cordoba (Argentina). The work aims to facilitate a replicable analysis to other Mediation Centers and also to open new questions that allow us to see mediation not only as a creative channel for conflict resolution but also as a valuable instrument for the construction of democratic societies.
