Juvenal Laurinda da Silva Chadreque is a business consultant, professor, researcher, writer and lecturer on strategy (formulation and execution), Balanced Scorecard and Strategic Governance. He is the author of the book Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho: Economia Centrada no Homem, Factor de Produtividade e Desenvolvimento. He has developed Quality of Life at Work Programs for large national and international companies. Juvenal is an officer of the Air Force Branch of the Armed Defense Forces of Mozambique. A university lecturer and consultant, he has experience in organizational strategy, institutional performance and armed forces reform. His work focuses on the relationship between sovereignty, militarism and national development in democratic contexts.
