Human Resource Development Practices in Coal Company

This book is intended to write to understand the one company HRD practices in a real manner, this taken up in the Human Resource Development Practices in Singareni Collieries Company Limited. In this book, the first chapter tried to explain the HRD practices in a current manner with the help of the existed literature. The second chapter presenting the SCCL company profile, it is completely focusing to understand their situations in the SCCL Company. The third chapter will explain the HRD Practices in SCCL, how the practices are practicing. In this chapter, it also revealed how the SCCL effectively practicing the HRD Practices in the current originations. In the fourth chapter, the data analyzed systematically on perception and opinions of the employees in SCCL organization and in the last chapter suggestion and the conclusion drawn according to the study.
