Human Resource Development Practices in Indian Coal Industry

Human Resource Development plays a pivotal role in every organisation as the employees being the main source for production. The success of an organisation depends on the dedicative role paid by its employees. HRD acquires special meaning in coal industry due to variety of factors, as the Coal mine is a labour-incentive industry.
