This study was conducted to determine the perceived level of implementation of Human Resource Management (HRM) Practices and the perceived level of Job Satisfaction of employees of Southern Baptist College, Mlang Cotabato. The study was mainly conducted to determine if there exists a significant relationship between HRM practices and job satisfaction and to determine which among the HRM practices predict job satisfaction. Findings show a highly significant relationship between HRM practices and job satisfaction at one percent level. Lastly, findings revealed that among the HRM practices as indicators, only recruitment and selection and performance evaluation were found to be significant predictors of job satisfaction.
