Due to decreasing birth rates, increasing life expectancy by healthier lifestyles, progress in medical science, and the subsequent improvements in longevity, the population and workforce are aging. And this dramatic shift will continue for the next decades. Although the importance of this topic is clear, currently research about it is limited. Thus the aim of the research is to explore the factors affecting older workers' retention in to the workforce. The significant findings of the research will help the management and organization to implement human resource strategies. Because of insufficient number of younger workers who are not knowledgeable and experienced in the work place, implementing these strategies is very critical for success. This book gives insight to managers, how to determine about the strategies of retaining the older workers in to the organization.

Negar Fazlollahi, MBA, is a Ph.D. student in Finance in Eastern Mediterranean University. She has a number of articles in the field of human resource, leadership, and financial investment. She granted professional certificate in Investment Appraisal and Risk Analysis from Queens University in Canada in 2012. She lives in Cyprus.
