It is the process of binding people and organizations together so that the objectives of each are achieved.According to Michael1 "Human resource practices is the process of developing the human resource working in an organization by modernizing their knowledge and upgrading their skills, attitudes and perceptions in order to meet out the changing trends of the globalised economy and also to utilize those developments for the attainment of the organizational goals".According to Flippo, "human resource practices is the planning, organizing, directing and controlling of the procurement, development, compensation, integration, maintenance and reproduction of human resources to the end that individual, organizational and societal objectives are accomplished".
