Human Resources Management

In all public or private organizations, the men and women who ensure the functioning of the different bodies have resources to be valued in terms of both individual and collective management. For, although social development is guaranteed through the role that workers must play in their professional environment, it must be in harmony with the economic strategies that underlie the working conditions.Thus, human resources management today requires an environment that takes into account the development of tools for the function, appropriate strategies, the profits of the human resources manager and the appropriate legal framework. That is to say that the human resources manager is the manager who is confronted with a turbulent environment due to the impact of new technologies, economic notions as well as the internal and external imperatives of the organization.
