Details

In this age of mutual collaboration and peaceful co-existence, the two issues- Human Rights and Development reflect a significant blueprint of human progress and stand at crossroads. From the deepest point of analysis, global discourses on this issue more or less have settled the debate on their mutual reinforcement by now. This research, thereby, only reflects the mirror of reinforcement from numerous spectrums of thought in a pragmatic manner and reasserts that development process must be scaled through human rights parameter and advocates towards overcoming certain prevailing disparities on the way of development that we deserve. And for attaining this, it strives to focus intrinsically on the theoretical framework, legal basis and the socio-economic aspects of the concepts, the tool that can most effectively integrate them together- that is, the rights-based approach and the probable hindrances in the way of their mutual reinforcement. This is the way through which the research paper explores to seek how human rights are intrinsically valuable and thenceforth, worth in getting the golden path of development.
