Human Talent in Family Businesses

The purpose of this research is to analyze how family businesses in the city of Villa María identify, develop and protect their talents through different practices related to Human Resources Management, considering three key processes: Recruitment, Attraction and Retention. For this purpose, it is necessary to reflect on the reality that characterizes this type of organizations and to establish the level of importance and professionalism that these companies attribute to the aforementioned processes.
