Human talent management and job performance

The study focuses on the improvement of work performance processes based on human talent management, in terms of the capabilities, skills, knowledge and potential of workers, in order to contribute to the success of the institution. The systematization of the processes are aimed at making the programs more efficient, with the purpose of offering quality services, as well as contributing to an excellent communication among the personnel for a better performance of their activities and at the same time fulfill the objective.
