Humanised care for people with autism and their family relationships

The line of care should be applied aiming at the concept of integrality, which is based on the organisation of a care network that meets the needs of each individual who needs assistance, with the support of the various fronts of action, which is composed of professionals and specialised services, aiming to provide reception and availability of adequate services. According to the previous context, the nurse must establish an approach that aims to promote the child's confidence, since he is used to his solitary world, with little or no social interaction. Autism Spectrum Disorder has different intensities, causing each one to present some characteristics that may not be noticed in other autistic children, therefore, fixed rules for monitoring these patients cannot be established, since each one has its specificities that distinguish one from the other, and there must be adequate care for their needs.
