These paper will show the example of the implementation of Hunt and Vitell model in capturing an act which is unethical but normal in front of law.

I'm a PhD candidate in Economic and Information System. I have big interest in Finance and Information system area. In my opinion, knowledge should be able to be implemented toward real human life and society. Therefore ethics become one important part in guarding the knowledge as the tools in shaping mankind future.
