Hybrid Decision Model WITH Fuzzy KANO-DEA-VIKOR

This book emulates the successful supplier selection methodology for multivariate data analysis. With the use of three methods as fuzzy KANO for collection refining the data, which was collected by using questionnaires and data envelopment analysis for weightage calculations, and VIKOR methodology for the final selection of the best suppliers available for the company's resources. The proposed model can be implemented in small-scale industries.
