If we want to honestly comment on this trend, we must say that water engineering and hydraulic structures is a completely innovative trend that can only be found in the Netherlands; Because one of the challenges ahead for the Dutch statesmen is to maintain the country's territorial integrity in the face of rising sea levels; However, the necessity of this trend in Iran is clearly evident due to the population growth.
