ICT in education

Currently, the academic management of teachers in higher education demands the application of Information and Communication Technologies due to the changes generated in society because of the digital transformation in the world and the pandemic of COVID 19. This situation implies that teachers of public and private universities involved in university academic processes, implement the virtual tools offered by ICT in educational processes, for the multiple benefits they offer to the academic training of students. On the teacher's side, a programmed and continuous training in the use of virtual tools is needed to keep up with technological advances as educators at the university level, and, on the other hand, it is necessary to provide students with the ease of access to appropriate devices and Internet connectivity to access class at all times. Today's world is transformed by technology and demands the integration of Information and Communication Technologies in the management of teachers in their educational work.

Aníbal Colman is a professor at the National University of Asunción (UNA) and the Catholic University (UC), he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Administration at UNA and his National Public Accountant's Degree at UC and Economist at the American University (thesis pending).
