This research examines ICT in education with the aim of designing a teaching proposal to improve the learning process of combined operations with whole numbers, using the OpeCombi application with seventh-grade students at the Ramón Matus Acevedo Institute in the municipality of Jinotepe, Carazo department, during the first semester of the 2023 school year, with the aim of evaluating the application of the teaching proposal.This is a study with an applied and non-experimental methodology, with a mixed approach, under a post-positivist paradigm. The population consisted of 95 students, and a non-probabilistic convenience sampling method was used to select the sample, corresponding to 48 seventh-grade students who are taking mathematics, to whom the survey or test was administered to collect data. These were examined through analysis, synthesis and graphs for interpretation.
