Today, role of information is very complex in a way that the contemporary age is called age of information explosion. On the other hand, information technology is used rapidly in the organizations and organizations need information technology in order to reach their own goal. So information spread widely and its effect is inclusive. Companies that try to renovate their organization by collecting information, decrease their management class with the speed of 50 to 60 percents. Because of some reasons, large organizations should refer to informationalism. One of the reasons results from statistical changes. Experts increasing rapidly don't tend toward to follow past method of management. Another reason is the need of organized and developed innovation placing in the smart attempts. The third reason is that they should be coordinated by information technology. Computers obtain abundant data but these data are not information. Information are data that has a goal and relates to the work. An organization should recognize which information it needs in order to manage its attempts otherwise it will be plunged in puzzled data.
