iGeneration: The banks wake with a start !

The consumer society is submerged by the huge expansion of Internet. For ten years, the internet has dramatically evolved pushing users to modify their habits. New platforms are created in order to modernize the concept and each organisation gets involved to know which one would have the best digital application ever. As a consequence, after Uber and AirBnb, digital became an indispensable asset for all services. This is the reason why the banks felt threatened by this incoming. However, banks are known for their traditional features, and just having the idea to incorporate an additional option such as digital aspect into their financial services was pretty huge long time ago. In that case, will they succeed to copy the other companies and add digital assets ? Do they remain at this stage and use optional services to fight this expansion? How the future generation are they going to work ? Knowing they are currently exposed at this phenomenon. So many questions but just only one response, but which one might be?
