Watermarking, which also contains a secret message within the host data, is a particular form of data hiding with a different purpose than steganography. It is the process of marking different types of digital data, such as text, audio, images, video or 3D models, to claim ownership of their copyright protection. The watermarking techniques, the security and copyright of digital images and videos also rise to the position that cannot be ignored. Digital images and videos facilitate multimedia processing and copying of digital contents easy, with the increase of various image and video applications. Computers, interconnected via the Internet, make the distribution of the digital media more raised and very easy, and make the exact copies to be obtained without efforts. To protect the copyright of images and videos, efficient and automatic techniques are directly needed to identify and verify the content of digital multimedia. Therefore, it poses great challenges to copyright protection for digital media.

Anjaneyulu Sake received his M.Tech degree in ECE from JNT University, Anantapur, in 2001 and Ph.D degree in ECE from S.V. University, Tirupati in 2019 respectively. After holding the position of Assistant Professor at SKUCET, S.K.University, Anantapur. He has 12 years teaching experience and published 10 papers in Signal and Image Processing.
