IMAGING OF EXTRAORBITAL CERVICOFACIAL INFLAMMATORY PSEUDOTUMORS

Extraorbital cervicofacial inflammatory pseudotumors are rare and difficult to diagnose clinically and radiologically. Despite the difficulty of differential diagnosis with malignant tumors, we offer radiological translations of cervicofacial inflammatory pseudotumors in the various extraorbital localizations, so as to be able to evoke the diagnosis and thus avoid unnecessary and mutilating radical surgery.Our aim in this book is to show the often misleading imaging appearance of the various extraorbital locations of cervicofacial inflammatory pseudotumors.
