The level of interleukin 6, interleukin 18 ,tumor necrosis factor alpha were highly statistically significant in PCOS comparing to normal women There is a positive correlation between interleukin 6, interleukin 18 and tumor necrosis factor alpha and a negative correlation between these marker and obesity and hyperandrogenism. 2. There's a negative correlation between polycystic ovary syndrome with anti follicular stimulating hormone antibody and anti luteinizing hormone antibody ,and a positive correlations between anti follicular stimulating hormone antibody and anti luteinizing hormone antibody.
