Immunomodulators in oral diseases

Immunomodulation is an important growing field in therapeutics. It mainly focuses on modulation of patient immune system in the form of herbal or chemotherapeutics to prevent the initiation or halt the progression of various diseases. This booklet gives basic knowledge about different types of immunomodulators, their mechanism of action and indication in different diseases affecting orofacial region.
