Immunopathogenesis of Human Bronchial Asthma

This study aimed to describe some of the risk factors of asthma in Basra south in Iraq; evaluate some of the physiological parameters in relation to asthma and assess the effects of allergen in asthmatic patients of Basra. The physiological parameters included: measurement of IL 4 ,10 and 17 by Elisa and Flow cytometry,detect IL 4 and IL 17 by conventional and RT PCR,also estimation of total IgE and Sp.IgE by poly check technique to various antigen other test, skin test and pulmonary function test by spirometry.
