Impact of Administrative Practices on Job Performance

Banking and financial services industry plays a pivotal role in channeling public deposits to investment and consumption lending in Sri Lanka and that ultimately assists in improving the standard of living and quality of life of the people. Employee performance is crucial in achieving this vision. There are number of policies and practices in an organization which are used to administer an organization. Thus, the administration practices play a vital role. These practices focus on planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the activities and drive the organization for its success. This book focuses on significant administrative practices, which are pay management and decision making and looks at their impact on job performance of employees.
