Impact of Capabilities on Firms: an Enterprise Systems Perspective

This book presents many useful insights for the managers deployment of enterprise systems resources are not a solution for integration as demonstrated through research. Secondly, deployment of enterprise systems resources is not associated with business flexibility (technical, managerial and organizational). It is the capability that is value drivers. Current investors, potential future investors, as well as consultants should understand the importance of value drivers and reposition their strategy in such a way as to build around the dimensions of these two important capabilities.
