Impact of Community Forestry on Income Distribution

Over the years community forestry has expanded all over Nepal and the programme is being projected as one of the few successful development initiative in the country. However, its impact on income distribution is an area where very less exploration has been carried out. This book deals with the mentioned aspect and carries out research on the contribution in household income and its distribution. The book is intended for researchers, academicians and students who have interest on the development of community forestry in developing countries.

Dr. Anuja Raj Sharma holds a doctorate degree in Economics from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He studied MSc Forestry at Wageningen University. He was awarded Netherlands Fellowship and WINROCK Grant for the studies. He has two decades of experience in Community Forestry with research interest on distributional aspects.
